What's changed, in reverse chronological order.
Customer-visible changes only — new features, improvements that affect workflow, and fixes that affect data or billing. Security patches and minor UI polish aren't listed unless they change how you use the product.
The public changelog starts at v1.0.
Praxnote is in early access. We're onboarding practices personally and shipping changes weekly, but we're not publishing a customer-facing changelog yet — we'd rather start the record at the first general-release tag than backfill marketing prose.
If you're already an early-access practice, your point of contact at Praxnote shares a release note in your shared channel every time something user-visible changes. If you'd like to follow what's coming, the roadmap is public.
