All systems operating normally.

If you're seeing something that contradicts this, please tell us — see below for how.

If something looks wrong

The fastest paths to a human.

For existing Praxnote practices

Email support@praxnote.com. Someone on the team will reply, with priority routing for anything that's blocking clinical work. If the platform is unreachable and you need to confirm whether it's us or you, the same address still works from a personal account.

For security disclosures

If you've found something that looks like a vulnerability, email security@praxnote.com. We acknowledge within one business day and triage as quickly as we can. Please don't disclose publicly before we've had a chance to respond.

What we commit to

The promises we keep — and the ones we'll write into a contract.

For all Cloud practices

  • We aim for the platform to be available whenever you need it during clinical hours
  • Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time and scheduled outside U.S. and Canadian clinical hours where possible
  • Incidents that affect clinical work are communicated by email to practice admins, with a clear "what happened, what we're doing, what we changed" follow-up
  • Security patches are applied quickly and out-of-band when they need to be

For Enterprise and Dedicated practices

  • A written SLA with uptime targets, response times, and remedies — sized to the engagement
  • Named escalation contacts on both sides
  • A separate, private operational feed for Dedicated tenants
  • Quarterly check-ins on incident history, planned changes, and what's coming

Recent incident history

What's happened, in plain language.

We don't have any open incidents. We don't have any resolved incidents to publish here yet either — Praxnote is in early access and we have not had a customer-affecting outage. When the first one happens, it will be summarised here, honestly.

Want a real-time dashboard?

We'll publish one when we leave early access.

A public uptime dashboard makes sense once Praxnote is serving enough practices for the numbers to mean something. In the meantime, the email addresses above reach us faster than a status page would anyway.
